- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 3 sliced strawberries
- 5 sliced blueberries
- 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chips
- 8 crushed almonds
- 1 tsp of oats
- 1 tsp of sunflower seeds
- Slice banana down the middle and place on a plate.
- Spoon Greek yoghurt in between banana.
- Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, choc chips, crushed almonds, oats and sunflower seeds.
- Super easy, enjoy as breakfast or snack.
