You can’t out train a bad diet!
Have you heard this saying before?
When considering weight loss the first approach should always be to look at what you are consuming.
What you are eating on a daily basis.
So many women work out lots in the gym but don’t really dive into what they are eating, then they wonder why they aren’t seeing any progress.
This is because you can’t out train a bad diet. So no matter how much exercise you do, you will not see progress until you are eating the right kind of food and the right amounts.
Diet always comes first!
