Healthy Tortilla Chips and Avocado Salsa

- 3 wholegrain tortilla wraps
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 2 small avocados
- 1 small red onion
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- Handful of fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp of lime juice
Instructions
1. Start by cutting your wraps into tortilla shapes
2. Then transfer the tortilla chips into a bowl and add the olive oil, cayenne pepper and onion powder
3. Mix all around so all the tortilla chips are covered with the herbs and oil
4. Then transfer the tortilla chips onto a baking tray and place them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes
5. Don’t forget to turn them over halfway through and keep checking them to ensure they don’t burn
6. Then it’s time to prepare the avocado salsa
7. Make sure all the salsa ingredients are thinly sliced
8. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix around
9. Keep the chunky guacamole dip in the fridge for about 30 minutes so all the flavors get infused together
10. Then serve when both are ready and enjoy!!
