Make changes in areas you are not happy with. With no excuses. Truly making a statement, saying this is what I want and I am going for it.
The first step is to accept who you are. Not to seek acceptance from other people. Accept yourself. You are unique and there is nobody else like you. So why should you try to be someone you are not. Love yourself!

Begin your day with feeding the mind with love, appreciation and gratitude.
First of all what we feed to the mind first thing in the morning can impact our mood throughout the day. Make a new morning routine and set the scene for how you want your day to go.
Become aware of your emotions.
Secondly don’t ignore your emotions or use food as a distraction from the reality. See and feel the emotions then determine what needs to happen next to help you deal with that emotion.
Remove the self limiting beliefs in your mind.
At one point in my life these thoughts used to crumble me most days. I could never do this, I could never do that or I could never become the person I wanted to be. Of course when I believed these things about myself I was not close to reaching my full potential. Have faith in yourself, know that literally anything is possible if there is belief behind it.
Own your own potential.
What is it you want to achieve? Weight loss, be healthier, get a new job? Take action towards where you want to get to, be prepared to invest in yourself to create the life that you actually want.
Be patient with yourself.
Always allow yourself time to grow and trust in what you are doing.
How many times have we done something wrong? Always forgive yourself and move on as quickly as you can, don’t dwell on this.
Learn from failure.
Something didn’t go as planned and you are unhappy with the situation or results? Learn from failure, don’t allow failure to keep you down. Just think what could I do differently next time?
Be real and honest with yourself?
What do you want to do? Anything you want to change? What do you want to work on? Make it happen, don’t live in regret because you feel scared or not being sure of the outcomes. Take action steps towards your goals.
If there is something that you feel you need help with know that it ok to ask for help. This is a major step in self development, knowing that we can’t do everything ourselves.
Focus on the positive
The obvious one. Focussing on the positive really has such an impact on the mind and where your energy goes. Focusing on whats going wrong, dwelling on these areas will never help. Instead try to find the good in even the bad situations and keep focusing on what is going right.
