“I joined the 12 week Lifestyle transformation program with Anna a little more than 2 months ago. I was struggling with irregular eating and making quick and wrong choices day in day out.
Anna gave me the framework and structure I needed and I could not believe how easy it was. The most important rule to success is preparation. Prepare the meals for the day ahead is what changed my world.
Anna’s recipes are always delicious, there isn’t one dish that I did not enjoy so far. There is plenty of variety as well as simple dishes, so that you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen, but yet eating gourmet food.
I stuck to the plan (apart from a few weekends of champagne and party ;)) and have lost about 15kg. This is way beyond my expectations for the first 2 months. I started noticing changes in my body after only 2 weeks, which is amazing. Regular eating, the right type of food and the support did magic with me.
What I also like about the program is that I get support from Anna as well as other group members, and I got as much as you ask for – so when I was feeling independent that’s was fine…if I wanted or needed some more…I’ve got it. Love it!

“The 12 weeks program with Anna was one of the best experiences I had in my long history of trying to lose weight! It’s not a matter of losing kilos (even if I did lose weight!). It’s not even a matter of how easy life is getting when you receive meal plans and shopping lists in your inbox (although it’s truly pretty much easier!!!).

“Just before Christmas I finished Anna’s 12 week program and I have to say I miss receiving her meal plans every week and her upbeat encouraging personality! I even miss taking photos of my meals to share with the group…..so I’m still doing that just for myself
When I went into Anna’s program I wasn’t looking to move mountains but rather to just get back into a mindful way of eating. I wasn’t depending on it for weight loss specifically as I have some medical issues that make that difficult for me to achieve. However I have made some great changes to my eating because of Anna. Gone are a lot of my old unhealthy habits.
The meal plans are so tasty and the recipes don’t have you stuck in the kitchen all weekend preparing for the week ahead!
