    Healthy Pistachio and Coconut Ice Cream

    Healthy Pistachio and Coconut Ice Cream

    Serves: 2 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 3 tbsp of coconut milk
    • 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut
    • 1 tbsp of crushed pistachio's
    • Sprinkle of raw cacao powder

    Instructions

    1. Begin by adding the frozen bananas, coconut milk and desiccated coconut into a food processor
    2. Whizz until you have a smooth mixture
    3. When whizzed transfer into a bowl and sprinkle the crushed pistachio’s and raw cacao powder on top before serving
